What a hidden gem off the beaten path and I'm so glad we took a chance on this place. The inside vibe was nice with high open ceiling and lots of outdoor plants. Great items on the menu and refreshing drinks.

Nice, new & lovely restaurant! I had some really unique carnitas tacos, and they were so tasty! I will be going back again! There was a live guitarist to entertain that night, and great customer service. Very trendy & very nice!
Masters is delicious! Tasty, creative cocktails and everything I've eaten has been delicious. Highly recommend the mussels.
Great food, live music Th-Sat and good "garage to trendy food" vibe. We come here often as one of our top choices I heart Oceanside and Carlsbad!
Top shelf food here folks. Who ever wrote the menu is 5 star. Tons of flavor. Get the brussel sprouts. Incredible. The chefs in back are ROCKIN. Service was super fast on a Saturday night.

Enjoyed Christmas dinner with our son who lives in OC and my brother, sister-in-law , niece and nephew who joined the festivities from Minnesota. Food, drinks and company were memorable!
Master's Ribs were delicious, as was the jalapeño cornbread. Service was very good, and the live music was pleasant albeit a little loud. Only complaint was out of four people two dishes arrived room temperature instead of hot as was intended. Otherwise would have been five stars.
I loved Masters the very first time I came here. Just airy and comfortable instantly. The drinks menu was fantastic. I had my first watermelon salad ever and loved it. It was not too loud either despite the high ceilings as you'd think it would be. I will be coming back for more as often as I can.
I was a stranger to the town exploring Oceanside for my first time and found myself drawn into Masters. Sat myself at the bar and got a warm friendly welcome from the staff. The food and drinks were great paired with a laidback atmosphere. Very happy with my experience and encourage anybody to grab a drink or food at this A+ establishment.
Terrific meal, excellent cocktails. The Albacore Tuna was perfectly prepared as was the skirt steak and risotto. The crème brulee was unusual, strong citrus background, might avoid if you are a strict traditionalist. Noise level medium high.
Perhaps I'm biased, but I love this place! The staff is the best staff you can find anywhere this side of the Rio Grande!
Great food and cocktails! Only trouble with large groups is they will only split the check 3 ways.
Amazing selection of entrees and starters, and we settled on steak eggrolls to begin. We were gratified for Michael's suggestion for catch of the day for Catch Sando, and the meat fell off the bone at first touch of the ribs. Jalapeño cornbread was generous and had to be shared, and the blonde ale was another appreciated suggestion.
Great generally, but ABSOLUTELY one of the best happy hours (3-6) in San Diego County!
Meat in the burgers is almost an inch thick and it’s delicious! Majestic experience as well
